About Old Chicago
Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom is a restaurant chain known for its pizza, craft beers, and community-driven promotions. Old Chicago wanted to migrate its loyalty program to a new platform, expand customer engagement across email, SMS, and push channels, and grow awareness with influencer and social media campaigns.

The Challenge
Needed to migrate loyalty rewards program from Cheetah Digital to Paytronix without disrupting customers.
